Totty Beauty does not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please email tottybeautyco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review and make it right.
